Customer and Lead Data
When a business uses PracticalCRM to manage leads, messages, reviews, comments, or customer conversations, that business is responsible for having the legal rights, notices, and consents needed to collect and process that data. Google, Google Business Profile, and Google APIs
If you connect a Google account, Google Business Profile, or other Google service, we access Google data only with your authorization and only for the features you enable, such as viewing or responding to reviews, managing profile-related content, or supporting connected account functionality. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke PracticalCRM's access to Google data through your Google Account security settings or by disconnecting the integration in the platform. We do not sell Google user data, use it for unrelated advertising, or transfer it except as needed to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with law, protect security, or with your direction and consent.
